Please include with your handset your contact details, proof of purchase and explanation of what is wrong with the handset. Also be sure to backup and erase any data, contacts and images from the phone. All phones that are replaced or repaired will have all data erased so please backup your data. To Factory reset go to the Factory Reset option in the Settings Menu.
